! I couldn't
agree more!
I appreciate simple, easy to navigate
sights. I don't like a lot of 'fluff'...such as websites that
use every font color available and squeeze all this
info/graphics randomly onto one page(instead of using links on
the side of the page)...when there's too much busy-ness on the
page, they lose me, and like ... said, by then I couldn't
give a **** about the product _________________

...,
Yes,
unfortunately a lot of business owners don't realize how much
competition has changed due to the availibility of the
internet 24/7. Also today its so easy to set up a small biz on
the web, costs very few bucks and you can find free
programmes, designs and everything you need. Use paypal and
then 'Bob's your uncle'.
Which leeds on to the next important thing: Customer
service. A lot of people are willing to pay a little bit more
for their purchases if the customer service is good. I am one
of those people. I hate when you email a company and they take
days to respond, if they even bother! I tried this many
times and it sucks...
One time I found a place with
some great looking phony ponys, and I asked them to send a
colour chart. They never replied. Six months later I received
a newsletter from them stating how many wonderful things they
had to offer me. Huh? You want to sell something? Start by
replying when I email you.

I'm a little on the fence
here. I like both. I don't think your web site looks
'cheap' at all. I think it's easy to navigate, easy to use and
I think your photos demonstrate(as well as any pic can) the
quality of your hair. That being said, I think people are so
used to seeing so much 'marketing' thrown at them, that when
it isn't a wrong conclusion could be drawn. I think in this
age of internet and info-mercials that we are so used to being
bombarded with 'why you must have this'.
But, at the
end of the day, just because you put Mr. Hanky in a pretty box
with a bow, it's still a peice of ****....(did you get the
south park reference? )

Thanks a million, Ladies!
All of what you saying makes perfect sence. I have an
experience of my own buying the most horrible products from
super fancy websites. So far mine works great. I actually
would prefer it to work a litle slower.
I got
another funny comment about my website. One girl said that by
looking at my site she has no doubt that the hair we sell is
100% Russian. Are we Russians
that bad and noticable? LOL _________________

That's funny about that one
woman's comment... I thought the same thing when I
looked at your site the first times. I'm not sure what it was
about your site that led me to believe your hair was 'the real
deal' but I was definitely left with that impression. I'm
thinking it may be because it is crammed with information and
pictures, but has very little 'hype' about the hair. Your site
says, "I've got Russian hair, yes, it's beautiful, and if you
have the bucks you can buy some." No fancy bells and whistles
because they're not needed to sell the hair.
One thing
I've learned from you, is that if a vendor is truly
selling Russian hair, he or she doesn't need my business. There isn't a
lot of that hair available and there are lots of people wanting to
buy it. Any true Russian hair vendor is doing me a favor buy selling
his/her hair to me. Because of this, a true Russian hair site
doesn't need anything but accurate information about the hair
being sold there. Even if a site were hard to use and the
vendor a jerk, a lot of us would still whore for our Russian
hair. You get gravy with / because it is an
easy site to navigate and the vendor is such a
sweetie. _________________

I've been having so much
fun with my three-barrel deep waver that I got some duct tape
on my camera to hold the battery compartment closed and
snapped off a few pictures of my Russian hair with wild waves
in it. Here ya go:

These conversations will help people to figure their extensions needs.

Does any of you have
experience with the lifespan of russian hair? In my case I
would probably henna it every 1-2 months, but wouldn't use any
chemical hair dye. I would only straighten or curl it on
occasions, say a few times a month, most days I would scrunch
and go.
Could it last more than 2 years if I treated
it as above? _________________

I haven't had a chance to
wear any of mine for a year or more yet because I'm always
going for longer hair. I've worn several wefts that I've
colored 2 or 3 times (deposit only with 10 V. developer) for
six months or more and the hair and wefts are like new. I'm
guessing with the wear I put on my Russian hair the hair and
wefts could last 18 months, at
least. _________________

IT LAST LONG ENOUGH THAT
WHEN ITS GONE
U WILL WANT MORE AND THEN IT NEVER
GOES AWAY
THE WANTING I MEAN
But yeah 7-8
months --A year if your really nice to it.
THEN WHEN
ITS DONE YOU HAVE TO PUT IT IN A NICE BOX WITH A PRETTY
BOWE
and bury it in the back yard so you can
visit it often
AND FOR http://www.russianhair.net/
Just make sure you put Russian a Orthodox Cross on the box

Hi ...,
Could I
ask how often you iron or curl the hair and if you have
coloured it? Does it still seem new? Do you feel that it needs
less products, like serum, to look good? And Finally if
you had to make a guesstimate, how long do you think it would
last if you wore it everyday with the daily routine you
have? _________________

...,
Yeah, I'm
sure you're right about the russian hair being addictive. I'm
just trying to find out how the cost of russian hair compares
to cheaper brands like ..., ... and others. I think I've
read that the wear time for ... is around 3-5 months
depending on the person and I guess it's around the same for
the other cheaper brands? _________________

hi- ask away-! i wash
it about 2 times a week. i either flat iron or curl it every
day or so- sometimes i just hit the ends with curl iron- i
do not color it- i ordered it in the exact color i wanted. i
do however use every other week a conditioner by redken- PEARL
to keep the blonde the beige tone i want, this stuff works the
best i have ever found to keep gold tones out. the blonde i
have is color 613 or 22 and i like it a bit beiger so the
conditioner works great- i also use it on my natural hair.
the products i use are KMS- the flat out cream and
everyone other time i wash and dry it i also thorw in with the
flat out cream their shine serum its an oil and can be used as
a cocktail with something else, or just by itself. i would
guesstimate that this hair will last me at least another 8
months- there has been Minimal shedding and the hair really
does last and wear long. it has been in my head since august-
i am not the most gentle one when it comes to hair because
i really do like to see just how it holds up. i brush it three
times a day- morning, sometimes in middle of day and at nite
when i put it in a pony tail- thats it, far as it feeling
new, once i put in the KMS shine serum, it feels brand new and
silky. i use alot of hair spray on the ends after i curl
or straighten and it still feels good. all in all i would
DEFF reccommend it and i would also get it again for
myself. _________________

Wow, that sure sounds great
... . So close to 1½ years is not unrealistic then? I have a
feeling that russian hair might actually be cheaper in the
long run compared to ... and other similar brands and
especially if you buy a whole kilo. Do you think I'm right
... - are you saving $$ wearing
russian? _________________

... tends to shed alot
more then russian. remember to use exact measurments when
ordering it wefted, it cannot be cut without worrying if it
will inravel, i do know some of the girls do cut it and seal
it and it doesnt unravel, i myself havent done that. i
like to leave it intact. i would say- if you like to
change your hair often then spending alot of money on hair
really is your call, but myself, i dont change it but once or
twice a year, i get attached to my hair,,..lol and i like the
style and dont feel like messing with changing it too much.
so for me, its well worth the money and look i get,....
i am all about quality. _________________

..., the other issue
you'll need to look at -- if you're planning on using an
individual method of installation, you will experience more
shedding and hair loss. ..., ..., and I are all wearing
http://www.russianhair.net/ hair in micro-wefts made by his wefter. When I was
using http://www.russianhair.net/ bulk ponytails with ... bonds, I had much more shedding. I don't
think there would have been any way for the same hair to be worn 18
months, not because the hair itself wouldn't last but because
the individual bonds shed more and you tend to lose hair and
some length over time in takedowns and reinstalls with them.
I do believe that if you were wanting to wear the same
hair continuously for 18 months it would need to be wefted,
and wefted sturdily. _________________

..., the hair itself will overlive
me and you. The method that you will use might not. Some
people destroy wefts in two moths by being irrational
brushers, some like ... wear it 7 months and sees another 8
months to it. So it all depends on the method, install,
hairdresser, etc. _________________

..., the russian hair
has such a good different feel from any of the cheaper (and
cheapO) hairs that ive worn....the big difference is that it
STAYS feeling sleek and slick and never bunchy frizzy or
matted...i have no doubt that the hair will stay great for
months nearing a year or more
if you use it wefted,
you'd need to take care not to damage the weft either by your
removal process or your instillation method
also (from
my personal experience), the russian hair IS cheaper in the
long run because you wouldnt need to buy more for several
months as you continuously reuse what you have.....but that is
IN THEORY, because i suck! i'm always wanting to change and
try different things...buying russian hair AND all sorts of
other hairs and making tweaks to your color mix so you have to
buy different shades of hair to add in, and suddenly deciding
one day you want straight hair, and then you need french
refined!!! gaaahhhh!!!
my point, its a savings if you
are going to ONLY use that hair......but i'd say the biggest
bonus of wearing it for me was there was never a day that i
came home with a big ball that would take a half hour to comb
or cut out _________________

I just took a couple of
pictures of my Russian hair that I'm ready to re-install. It
has been worn four months continuously.
Here
is a close-up of the wefts. These have been through three
installs with Supertape and Liquid Gold and they're holding up
beautifully!
